Requirements:
Previous experience in retail environment is essential.
Knowledge of stationery, office products an advantage.
Basic IT skills i.e. Excel - Word - email
Good interpersonal skills.
Be either an established Store Assistant in a small space store or an experienced Supervisor.
Fluent English.
You are self-motivated and outgoing.
Have a professional, courteous and friendly manor when answering phone calls.

Duties:
Serving retail & account customers.
Prioritize customer orders and deliveries.
Dealing with customer queries.
Supplier stock ordering.
Provide weekly reports.

Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
