Security Guard/Retail - Osborne

Osborne is currently working with a local retailer that is looking to hire a Security Guard/Retail to join their growing business, this is a full-time permanent position, within a great local and walking distance to town.

Our clients are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience within retail and approaching high levels of customer service with the ability to complete arrest when required.

For you:

• Onsite Parking in an ideal location
• 10% employee discount on store products
• Shift work from 12-9/2-10pm

Duties:

• Ensure that the Store is a safe environment for customers and employees
• Carry out routine spot checks on waste, deliveries, closing stock, refunds, voids and employees
• Carry out investigation work, when required
• Monitor CCTV recordings

Essential Requirements:

• Valid PSA Security Guard License
• Previous experience within a retail security role

Desirable skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
