Key Job Duties:
- It is a Individual Contributor/ hunter role which include end2end sales life cycle
- Being accountable to bring new clients/leads be empowered to sell our market leading business solutions and be set up for success
- You will be open to sell anywhere in EU region.
- Create a sales plan to target enterprises (medium/ large sized companies)
- Perform cold calls /tele-marketing activities to generate interest and book meetings.
- Conduct presentations to management/ stakeholders of prospective clients.
- Work with clients to solve problems and develop effective solutions that address business requirements, with a focus on process optimization and automation.
- Prepare proposals that clearly present solutions to address client business requirements.
- Coordinate the start-up of new projects with production staff, including engineering and project management.
- Develop account growth plans.
- Develop an account expansion strategy to increase the average order size, the total order amount, and the use of services.
- Work with Project Managers to develop a thorough understanding of past/ current projects and requirements.
- Identify problem accounts, evaluate solutions and provide relevant course of action in line with the company policy.
- Develop and update Account Penetration plans periodically
-Proven experience in selling localization industry any vertical; ideally technical / IT/software etc. Software, SaaS services
- 3+ years of Sales Localization expertise
- English fluent or Native (verbal and written)
- Leading a team of sales representatives/ coaching -is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal, writing and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
