Due to expansion, a leading Construction company is currently looking to recruit a Senior Hire Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Salary / Benefits
€35k - €40k
Duties / Responsibilities:
Process all on / off hire requests using the hire system to reflect the hire status and liaise with transport and the customer regarding delivery and collection schedules
Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails for hire, dealing directly with new and enquiries and current customers
Take customer hire request orders, process and follow through
Liaise with transport teams for deliveries or collections and communicate same to customer
Process all paperwork related to the on hire / off hire and input onto system (Syrinx)
Prepare quotations and agree hire contracts.
General office administration including the RSA web page and complete customer invoicing while liaising with the Accounts dept.
Requirements / Qualifications
Previous experience in the Hire Industry essential
Excellent telephone manner and strong customer focus
