A national energy solutions provider now require a payroll specialist for their busy finance team.
Your new role
You will take care of the payroll process, end to end on a weekly and monthly basis for over 200 employees. You will be responsible for processing PRSI, PAYE, USC as well as third party benefits. You will be responsible for dealing with any payroll queries that may arise. You will ensure accurate and timely processing and completion of payroll year end. You will ensure that staff clock-in system is accurately maintained and manage any discrepancies that may arise. You will maintain up to date knowledge of ROS and ensure system is compliant in line with legislation. You will support your team by advising on statutory and company leave, as well as providing any ad hoc support required
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in-house managing payroll for over 200 employees. You will have experience with Brightpay, Corepay, Micropay, Megapay or similar. You will need excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.You will have experience with maintaining and updating a system for time and attendance recording. You will have advanced working knowledge of Excel. You will have a positive attitude and be able to work off your own initiate as well as part of a team.
