Innovation and development of assigned projects elements with an emphasis on the manufacturing process, technology and procedures.
Provide engineering support for new products and process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed
Assist in the selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications, reliability and regulatory requirements.
Analyse equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental test and result analysis
Complete capability studies for in process inspection and generate subsequent inspection documentation.
You will have a good knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design and hold a degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering along with 3-4 year's post graduate process/manufacturing/ project or process development engineering experience.
As part of the team that links between manufacturing and R & D you will also need to have that collaborative mind-set that will help you succeed in a multi-disciplinary team.
