Senior Quantity Surveyor Job - Dublin South - Site Based Residential Project - Main Contractor - Salary DOE

Your new role
Your new role will be based on a Residential site in South Dublin. You will be required to analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labour costs verses estimates. All QS duties including measurements, valuation and sub-contractor payments. You will need to liaise with the client, sub-contractors and other departments within the company to discuss costs. You will have a working knowledge of Estimating packages and excellent communication skills. You will be required to report to Management on actual costs and estimates to allow for planning and scheduling of works.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience and will be offered the opportunity to progress and develop their career. You will have a degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying. Ability to price and estimate projects. Ability to agree final accounts, negotiations with sub-contractors. Contractual knowledge and understanding covering RIAI, PWC and related bespoke contracts.
