My client, a leading global multinational is seeking a Senior Rewards Lead to deliver their Rewards strategy.
Key accountabilities include:
Drive competitive Rewards strategy for the company ensuring its competitiveness within the marketplace.
Responsible for annual salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and labour market analysis.
Build close working relationships with senior business leaders, providing guidance and support in order to deliver key business objectives.
Deliver rewards programme in line with agreed budget on an annual basis.
In-depth analysis on external market trends and interpretation of same.
MInimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Rewards Manager role
Experience rolling out strategic Rewards programme.
Excellent key stakeholder experience with ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent reporting skills.
