Identify, analyse and measure the effectiveness of existing security-relevant business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable security-relevant business process improvements.
Create or develop presentations, communications and reports on topics and matters related to information security, SAFe agile work (relevant to information security) and other functions in the Office of the European CISO.
Collect and analyse process data to initiate, develop, and recommend security-relevant business practices and procedures that focus on improving the organisation’s security maturity. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather the data.
Research best security-relevant business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
Coordinate and/or facilitate ISRM workshops
Participate in daily stand ups, Program Increment (PI) planning and other activities related to the agile way of working.
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology preferred; or
High school or equivalent education with relevant experience
Business Experience –
2+ years’ work relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree
4+ years’ work relevant experience with High school or equivalent education
Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
Ability to identify and analyse processes, issues and information to generate insights and areas of improvement on those areas
Communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at various levels both internally and externally
Ability to manage working in multiple initiatives at the same time and shift priorities quickly
Awareness and/or knowledge on information security preferred
Experience in healthcare industries preferred
