Travel Retail Europe, Middle Eastand Africa wish to recruit a Field Visual Merchandiserwho will cover allbrands in Dublin airport, reporting to the field Visual Merchandising Manager.
The main responsibilities of thisrole are to look after new and existing installations within Dublin airport, understandinghow to improvise at counter where necessary and teaching staff how tomerchandise the Travel Retail model. Implementing guidelines set by the brandsand liaising with the Visual Merchandising teams in London office will be anintegral part of the daily workload. In store experience, preferably in theretail field of Visual Merchandising is essential.
This role is corporate, coveringall brands in Dublin airport (brands include, Estee Lauder, Clinique, MAC, JoMalone, La Mer, Kilian, Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown, Origins, ADF, Le Labo, Becca Too Faced).
Regularcommunication with the EMEA Visual Merchandising Teams, creating and implementingplanograms as well as working within budget guidelines.
Work closelywith Visual Merchandising team, to execute merchandising instore for newinstallations, retrofits and VIP visits, corporately and events. This includesdeveloping planograms when necessary, updating and producing communicationbands, lightboxes and any other related visual merchandising materialnecessary.
Maintain aspecial focus on all terminals within Dublin is ensuring all these doors areupdated with the latest and brand relevant Visual Merchandising collaterals. Dublinwill be visited regularly and a photographic record created and maintained ofthese environments including where possible the competition.
VIP visits;Organizing and ensuring all updates happen in advance, closely communicatingwith all parties, working to improve the current process for these importanttrips by Senior Management.
Working withthe brands Visual Merchandising teams to roll out all new merchandisingguidelines as per newness, launch and the relevant brands marketing calendar.Maintenance requests will be checked and followed.
Ensuring theimplementation of Special Events will be a specific and important part of therole.
Coordinatewith retailers and Sales and Education Executive’s relevant and regular visits.Understanding the process of gaining access through airport security.
Important tonote: out of normal working hours will be requires on occasions especially whenmerchandising new installations.
